Leanne - Before and After!

The challenge started as an interest for something to do, but soon became so much more to me. Initially I was in denial that I needed to be partaking in the challenge as I had my life well-balanced or at least I thought I did. I realized that although I was committed to working out there were other areas in my life that lacked focus and attention and my social life had “overkill” focus and attention.

I had zero motivation levels to further myself in career, which for a strong willed career minded individual speaks volumes. I was working in a “comfort zone” job that suited my priority number one….my social life. The challenge made me realize that I wasn’t happy with just plodding along and I wanted more from myself.

My confidence and motivation to succeed soared the further I went into the challenge, the result being that I have a new job (to go with the new me) at management level for an international company running my own department with four staff under me. Yep!! I am a boss. I never saw myself as being a leader with so may responsibilities before I began the challenge. That in itself is an enormous achievement for me. It was a dream for me to look like those promotional girls that prance around wearing next to nothing (especially when the V8’s are racing…you know the ones?). I transformed my dream into reality (I wonder if the promo girls wished they looked like me now?). I learned how to control my life and that when I set high goals, I can achieve them with positive focus and determination and am already a winner within myself!!!.
